We want you to feel confident in your DFYNE gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and certain accessories are final sale unless faulty.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place your items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the products are free from sweat, makeup, or pet hair.
Ship It Back
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue your exchange within 7-10 business days.
